Metabolon’s Client Data Table (CDT)

Metabolon’s Client Data Table (CDT) is a collection of data deliverables to help clients review, analyze, and understand their project data. The new format makes it easier to import study data into popular analysis and statistical tools, such as R or Python, with a more consistent format. Three individual files make up the complete CDT data deliverable with the heat maps and box plots now delivered in separate excel and pdf files, respectively, along with the full metabolite data in excel format. This video walks through example versions of each of these files with attention focused on the new features, layout, information, and the user benefits of each.
