Agreement

www.metabolon.com (the “Site”) and form a legally
binding agreement between you and Metabolon, Inc. (“Metabolon”). By downloading,
viewing, copying, printing or otherwise accessing or using any part of the Site,
you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you
are not authorized to access or use any part of the Site. These Terms of Use may
